Sesame St.

Here is another page with Rose Parade float pics. I used piercing on this page. It is the current challenge on Cafe Mojo. I was going to use a patterned paper under the photos but couldn't find anything that matches with the photos so I decided to do without. Piercing is a very economical way to decorate a page!

Colorful

Well, yesterday I found this challenge blog called Real Life Scraps. It's a monthly challenge blog hosted by 2 ladies (Brianna and Jamie) and is carrying the ideas of Simple Scrapbook Magazine. I missed the first 2 challenges but I jumped on this month' challenge. It is to use green as the main color. That's it! If this link doesn't take you straight to the entry. See 4/3 entry. So why not give it a go? The tags used here are the bottom parts of the ones I used on a page I posted yesterday. I had cut the parts that would be hidden under the papers.

When I Grow Up...

The Story Matters came back and now they host monthly challenges. That will be good. I will have enough time to work on a page. And here is my layout. I used My Sketch World sketch upside down. The most of the materials used here is of Making Memories that I won on their blog :):)

Die Cut Machine Giveaway

Simply Hand Made is having a HUGE giveaway. I think you want to be in it for a chance!!

Thank You Card

Today I was going to make a card. Now I am not a card maker and not a stamp person. But this month' guest designer challenge at Scrappy Times is to make a card and I wanted to be a part of it. The challenge had things to include, but I didn't know where to start. So I turned to a card sketch. I knew about this card sketch site, Card Patterns, thru Michelle and here is what I created. I thought of using a 3-D dots to pop up the stamped image but I wanted to mail this card and wanted to make sure it would fit in the envelope. So I adhered it flat. I know there is sooooo much to stamping. So I am not planning to go into card making that much... not yet.......
