Wrapping up the week...
I don't think I have posted these layouts. These are the ones I made last weekend. I finished a page tonight but my dd took my camera and can't post it yet. I made this first one here for Method Playground challenge. I stamped white and kraft cardstock to make patterned papers. I like how it turned out.

STAR
I know I used this title on a page recently. That was a before-recital photo a few years prior to this one. I wanted to come up with a different title but with the alphas I had left of those large chipboard letters, this was the only one I could come up with. The current challenge at Scrapping Out Loud is to use oversized embellishments/letters. I used a large Heidi Swapp flower also. Since there was no sketch provided this week, I used a sketch from Capture These Sketches. My layout doesn't look anything like it though.....

Our Dancer
I've been participating weekly sketch challenges since its launch in July over at Capture These Sketches. They just announced their new design team. So I decided to visit new members' blogs and the first one I went over was Scrap A Little by Helen Croft. Boy I was blown away! She posts lots of tutorials and I recognized some immediately. I know I visited her blog before.... thru the links on other blogs I'm sure. Anyway, I learned that she has a sketch challenge going on there and I started working on mine right away. She has 4 fab sketches for us to choose from and this challenge is also to use Basic Grey products. Here is what I came up with. I'll be posting some pages I created over the weekend in a couple of days.

This is my entry to Oct. 16th challenge at the Studio. I used new and old papers and mist. The pics are of my dd.

The Joy of Life
I really enjoy participating the challenges over at Scrapping Out Loud. The current one is about time. I used a clock chipboard. I also used their sketch and the word of the week, moments.
